<br /> WITNESSETH AS FOLLOidS:
<br /> That Edith Abbott by her Last ldill and Testament bearin� date
<br /> a of October 24, 1953, was admitted to probate in the County Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of September, 1957, in Probate
<br /> Case �k5213, devised amon� other properties the real estate herein-
<br /> after described to the Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> in Trust with authority to sell and convert into cash the Trust res.
<br /> In such Probate Case ��5213 in the County Court of Ha11 County,
<br /> ' '. Nebraska, a Final Decree was entered on the 21st day of March, 1972,
<br /> assignin� among other properties the real estate hereinafter described
<br /> to the Overland National Bank of Grand Island, A'ebraska, as such
<br /> # ' Trustee. '

<br /> That on the llth day of December, 1970, the County Court of Hall
<br /> ° : County, Nebraska, in Trust Estate Proceedings Case �b1537, issued Let-
<br /> t ters of Testimentary Trusteeship to the Overland National Bank of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, Trustee in the Matter of the Trust Estate of
<br /> ;
<br /> Edith Abbott, Deceased.
<br /> '° That on the 9th day of July, 1976, the Overland National Bank of
<br /> � Grand Island, Nebraska, Trustee of the Trust Estate of Edith Abbott,
<br /> jDeceased, sold at public auction Che real estate hereinafter described
<br /> to Contryman & Associates, a Co-Partnership.
<br /> � Now this indenture witnesseth that the Overland National Bank of �
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, Trustee of the Trust Estate of Edith Abbott,
<br /> Deceased, by virtue of the power and authority in and by the Last Will
<br /> and Testament of Edith Abbott, Deceased and in consideration of Eighteen
<br /> Thousand Four Hundred P'ifty Dollars ($18,450.00) received from Contryman
<br /> & Associates, a Co-Partnership, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto Contryman & Associates, a Co-Partnership, the
<br /> followin� described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> An undivided one-half ('�) interest in and to Lots One
<br /> (1) and Ttao (2), Blocic �ne Hundred Six (106), in Rail-
<br /> road Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> f Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
<br /> w Contryman & Associates, a Co-Partnership, and to its assi�ns forever.
