<br /> Notice is hereby given that MARIE C. KRANZ, as SELLER, and
<br /> HAROLD GREEN, JR., as BUYER, have entered into an Installment
<br /> Sa1es Agreement dated July 13, 1976 where the SELLER for valuable
<br /> consideration has a�reed to convey property described as follows:
<br /> The Easterly Twenty-Two (22) Feet of the Northerlv Sixty (60)
<br /> Feet of Lot Seven (7), a�xl the Northerly Sixty (60) Feet of
<br /> Lot Ei�ht (8), in Block One Hundred Seven (107), in Railroad
<br /> Addition to the �ity of Grand Island, Hall Countv, Nebraska,
<br /> � topether with the easement for water and �as Lines across
<br /> part of Lot Seven (7), Block One Hundred Seven (107), Railroad
<br /> Addition, �ranted by Easement recorded in Book 4 of Miscellaneous
<br /> Records, at Pa�e 263, and further easement over and upon the
<br /> Southerly Six (6) Feet of the No-rtherly Sixtv-Six (66) Feet of
<br /> - the Easterly Twentv-Two (22) Feet of said Lot Seven (7), and
<br /> _ over and upon the Southerly Six (6) Feet of the Northerly Sixty-
<br /> Y Six (66) Feet of Lot Eiaht (8), Block One Hundred Seven (107),
<br /> Railroad Addition, for the purpose of maintenance and repair on
<br /> any buildinQs situated on the property conveyed, which easement
<br /> is recorded in Book 9 of Miscellaneous Records, at Page 169 in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> to the said HAROLD GREEN, JR., upon completion of the terms and con-
<br /> ditions set forth in said Installment Sales APreement.
<br /> Possession of said premises have been surrendered unto the BUYER.
