<br /> HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($38,500.00) DOLLARS paid by ANTON J, h'VETENSKY and MARY E. KVETENSKY,
<br /> husband and wife, and by virtue of the powers entrusted in said Executor, do by these
<br /> presents grant, sell and convey unto the said ANTON J. KVGTENSKY and Mt1RY E. KVBTENSKY,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in com-
<br /> mon, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Ten (10) and Twelve (12), isi Block Fifteen (15), in University Place, an
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Ftall County, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, here-
<br /> ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or
<br /> to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of tliem forever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either
<br /> of the grantees, the entire fee title to this real property shall vest in the surviving
<br /> grantee.
