<br /> herein called the Grantee, the following described real property
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), and the
<br /> Northerly Forty-five Feet (N45) of Lot Nine (9), all
<br /> in Chief Industries Subdivision, Nall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO NOLD the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the Grantee and to Grantee�s heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the Grantor for itself and its successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee�s successors and assigns
<br /> that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are
