<br /> such ]ease commenced Flarch l, 1975 and terminated February 28, 2010, and

<br /> portion of Kuester's Lake, R.F.D. �i3, of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and being situated on a part of the East Half

<br /> F ` Said Assignment, to which this Lessor consents, was given by said
<br /> Lessee to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska as additional security for payment of a bond in the amount of
<br /> �4,500.00, and a Financing Statement covering the above described premises
<br /> _ ' and securing the payment of said bond.
