<br /> Nebraska, and being situated on a part of the East Half

<br /> North, Range 9, ';�est of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> This assignment is given to secure the payment of a bond in the sum
<br /> of $4,500.00 of even date herewith, which bond is payable $45.00 per month,
<br /> in advance, including interest at 8 3/4� per annum, computed upon the unpaid
<br /> �. principal balance for 180 months.
