Streets. 'Phe Subdividers agree to petition for the creation of a paving <br /> district on each of the streets in the subdivision before upplying for an occuprsncy <br /> permit for any structure located on such street. In the alternstive, the Subdividers <br /> , i <br /> ma.y pave such streets in accordance with plans and specificr�.tions approved by the <br /> ,;,I <br /> City's Director of Public 4lorks and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct water mra..ins in the subdivision in <br /> � <br /> i accordance with the plans nnd specifications approved by the City's Director of Public <br /> `y Works and sub�ect to the City's inspection. When such mp.ins are finally approved they <br /> � shall beco� the property of the City and part of its water system.
