In consideration of the accepttirtce of the plat of snid l�lolfe's 5ub- division, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install at their expense the following imnrovements: : 1. Streets. 'Phe Subdividers agree to petition for the creation of a paving district on each of the streets in the subdivision before upplying for an occuprsncy permit for any structure located on such street. In the alternstive, the Subdividers , i ma.y pave such streets in accordance with plans and specificr�.tions approved by the ,;,I City's Director of Public 4lorks and subject to the City's inspection. 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct water mra..ins in the subdivision in � i accordance with the plans nnd specifications approved by the City's Director of Public `y Works and sub�ect to the City's inspection. When such mp.ins are finally approved they � shall beco� the property of the City and part of its water system.
