<br /> other remedies provided by law or in equity .

<br /> 17 . The Sellers are selling the above property as joint
<br /> tenants with the right of survivorship and in the event of the
<br /> ; death of either of them during the terms of this Contract , all
<br /> payments due hereunder shall pass to and become the sole proper -
<br /> ty of the survivor of the Sellers .

<br /> ` 18 . All payments due hereunder shall be paid directly to
<br /> ' " Sellers at their residence in Grand Island , Nebraska .

<br /> 19 . Any waiver by Sellers of the time or manner of pay -
<br /> ment due hereunder , or the time or manner of performance of acts
<br /> required hereunder by the Buyers upon one occasion , shall not
<br /> constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any right by Seilers to
<br /> demand subsequent payments when due or to command performance by
<br /> Buyers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on any or
<br /> other subsequent occasions .
<br /> 20 . It is agreed and understood that time is of the
<br /> essence of this Contract and for the faithful performance of all
<br /> of the terms herein contained , and that this Contract is binding
<br /> upon the heirs , executors > administrators and assigns of the
<br /> parties hereto .
