<br /> The Grantor, FORD PACKING COMPANY, a Nebraska Corporation,
<br /> � orqanized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br /> State of Nebraska in consideration of Fifty-Six Thousand Two E3undred
<br /> I'ifty and No/100 Dollars ($56,250.00) received from Grantee
<br /> does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHIPF INDUSTRIES,
<br /> INC., a Aelaware Corporation, herein called the Grantee, the
<br /> Eollowing described real property in Hall County, Nehraska:
<br /> All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> r Quarter (NW1/9NW1/4) of Section 25, in Township 11 North,
<br /> Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in fiall County, Nebraska,
<br /> lying Northwesterly from a line drawn 200 feet Northwesterly
<br /> from and parallel to the center line of the East bound main
<br /> track of the Union Pacific Railroac� as constructed and
<br /> operated over and across said Northwest Quarter of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NW1/4N��1/4) of said Section 25, the above
<br /> described premises being a part of Lot Sixteen (16) of Iiayman's
<br /> s Subdivision of the Flest Half ot the Northwest Quarter (wl/2NW1/4)
<br /> ` of Section 25, Township 11 Plorth, Range 10, West of the 6th
<br /> P.bi., in FIall County, NebrasY.a; and part of the Southwest
<br /> ; Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24) , in Township
<br /> t Fleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Flall
<br /> County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows; viz:
<br /> Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Quarter Section,
<br /> thence runnin9 North, along the Westerly boundary line of said
<br /> Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of said Section, for a distance of 1370
<br /> feet, thence running East for a distance of 458 feet, thence
<br /> � running South parallel with the Westerly line of said Quarter
<br /> Section, to the northerly line of the Union Pacific Railroad

<br /> belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns

<br /> And the Grantor for itself and its successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br /> assigns that Gzantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that
<br /> ; they are free from encumbrance; that Grantor has good right
<br /> _ and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants
<br /> and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br /> ' claims of a11 persons whosoever.
<br /> Grantor acknowledges that this Deed is given only to correct the
<br /> F name of Grantee as set forth in the Deed recorded in Book 174 at Page 314
<br /> i and not for any additional consideration. By joining in this Deed
<br /> _ Barry fi. Pichler and Jeanette uichler represent that they are the sole
<br /> ; shareholders of Grantor, that they consent to this Deed, and that neither
<br /> they nor the corporation has any further right, title, claim or interest
<br /> in the real estate.
