Evidence is introduced on behalf of the plaintiff as ' well as on behalf of the defendant and the matter is submitted to the Court for his consideration. Upon consideration of the evidence and the files, the Court finds generaLly in favor of the plain- tiff, Ervin Ge�mner, and against the defendant, Trella Gemmer; t. that the plaintiff is entitled to an absolute decree of divorce � from the defendant and that the marital relaCionship heretofore 3 � existing bet�aeen the plaintiff and defendant be dissolved. '' The defendant, Trella Gemmer, is hereby awarded a11 personal property now in her possession and in addition thereto she is awarded the sole title to the 1ot in Grand Zsland, Ha11 County, 1 Nebraska, and the trailer house located thereon. In addition c thereto, Tre11a GeRuner is awarded the sole title to the 1965 Ford automobile now in her possession and the further sum of $2400.00 in alimony to be paid by the plaintiff to the defendant •, ! � .
