<br /> 147 of Mortgages, at page 559, which Grantees assume and
<br /> agree to pay by acceptance of delivery of this Deed.

<br /> to the real estate unto the Grantees as joint tenants.
<br /> Grantors covenant with Grantees as joint tenants:
<br /> 1. Grantors are lawfully seised of the real estate.
<br /> 2. The real estate is free from encumbrance, except for the
<br /> Real �state I�iortgage to The Prudential Insurance Company of
<br /> America which Grantees assume and agree to pay.
<br /> 3. The real estate is conveyed subject to easements of record,
<br /> protective covenants, restrictions and conditions filed of

<br /> 4. Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the real
