<br /> An ordinence to vacate a.n slley in Walker's Subdivision in the City _
<br /> � of Grend Icland, Nebraska, conditioned upon the reservation of a public
<br /> utilities easement; and to provide the effective date hereof.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINID BY TfiE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND�
<br /> NIDRASKA:
<br /> SECTION 1. The sixteen foot wide a11ey bettireen Lots,3 ancl 4, and
<br /> 1 and 6, in Walker's Subdivision i.n the City of Grand Island, be, and
<br /> hereby is, vacated; provided and conditioned, that said City hereby reserves
<br /> for the public said alley area for a public utilities easement to be used
<br /> to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace, and remove overhead and
<br /> underground electric utility lines, poles, transformers, sanitary sewer
<br /> mai.ns, water sains, telephone lines, gas lines, manholes, and other
<br /> appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, over, underneath, and through
<br /> said described area which sha11 include the entire area of said a11ey being
<br /> vacated by this ordinance, to�ether rrith the ri�ht of i.n�ress and e�ress
<br /> through and across the easement area for the nurnose of exercisin� the
<br /> rights herein reserved. No iiaorover�ents, s�ructures, or buildings oi sny
<br /> kind whatsoever sha11 be a110-�red in or uAon the e2sement are2 retained unless
<br /> they m=et orith the approval of the City.
<br /> SECTION 2. Subject to ihe nublic utilities easement seser�red, the �itle
<br /> to the a11ey vacated 'oy Secticn 1 of this ordinance sha11 revert to the o•.mer
