<br /> KNOW ALL MEN DY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> �' That Glenn Schwarz , Grantor_, oE
<br /> the County of Hdll , the State of Nebras?sa for and in considera-
<br /> tion of the sum of One Do11ar ($L.OU) and other good :ind valuable consideration, the
<br /> receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, remise, convey, and re11n-
<br /> quish unto Northwestern Public Service Company, Grantee, a Corporation, Huron� South
<br /> Dakota, its successors or assigns, a utility easement, for the Lnstallation, maintenance
<br /> and operations of gas lines, and appurtenances thereto, over, under, upon and through
<br /> the following described lands situated in the County of Hall , the State of
<br /> Naahraraka , to wit:
<br /> Along streets, and designated right of ways in part of the Southeast one
<br /> quarter of Section twenty-aeven, Townahip eleven North, Range ten weat of
<br /> the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska. This land known as West Park Plaza.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said NORTHWESTERN PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY, its successors
<br /> and assigns� so long as such utility lines and appur�enances thereto shnll be maintained
<br />§, and operated, together with the right of ingress and e�ress from said prem:ses for the
<br /> purpose of constructing� installing, inspecting, repairii,�, maintainin¢, renewing and
<br /> replacing the property of the grantee located thereon, or removed thereof, in whole or
<br /> in par[� at the wi11 of the grantee.
<br /> The Grantor further convenants for themselves, their heirs, lessees, successors, �
<br /> or assigns that the Grantee, its lessees, successors or assigns sha11 at all times have
<br /> the right to cut and remove or trim a11 trees, bushes and saplings growing upon said
<br /> lands above described, or extending over same, so far as may be reasonably necessary
<br /> for the construction, reconstruction, operation, repair, and maintenance of gas lines,
<br /> and shail have the right of access and entry to and upon said above described lands for
<br /> such purposes.
<br /> Grantor reserves to thecnselves the right to cultivate� use and occupy the nbove
<br /> described lands provided such use and occupancy is not inconsistent with the rights
<br /> granted by this easement.
<br /> This easement and the rights granted and conveyed hereunder shall run with the
<br /> lands above described and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the heirs�
<br /> lessees, successors or assigns of the respective parties hereto.
