<br /> JAYNE KOCIEMBA, and ROYCE EDWARDS, her husband, hereinafter
<br /> called "Assignors," of Grand Island, Nebraska, assign, transfer

<br /> for the purchase of Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) of Dale
<br /> Roush Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, a copy of -

<br /> ous Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall Coun�y, Nebraska,
<br /> subject to all the terms and conditions thereof.
