That the Mortgagee , its agents and representatives , shall have the <br /> E , right to examine and inspect sai.d storage facilities and drying <br /> equipment , or both . <br /> 10 . That time is of th� essencc of this mortgage and of the note herein <br /> referred to ; and that should default be made in the payment of any <br /> � installment due on said note or any amount duc under this mortgage <br /> or should Mortgagor fail to keep or perform any covenant .. condition , <br /> or agreement contained herein , or in said note , or other instniment <br /> executed in connection with this loan , or should the PSortgagor <br /> abandon said property or be Jeclared a bankrupt or an insolvent <br /> or make an assignment for the henefit of creditors , or should the <br /> property Ue attached or levied on by execution , decree , or other <br /> process , or should the Mortgagor die or become incompetent , or <br /> should the hiortgagee deem itself insecure , the Atortgagee may , <br /> without not3.ce , declare the entire indebtedness Itereby secured <br /> immediately due and payable and foreclose this mortgage in <br /> ' accordance with the laws made and provided therefor . <br /> �; <br /> 11 .
