<br /> � KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That GERALD W. GEWECKE, also known as
<br /> lY Jerry Gewecke, and DONNA L. GEWECKE, also known as Donna Gewecke, each in his and `
<br /> �<� her own right and as husband and wife, of Ha11 County, Nebraska, in consideration
<br /> of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($11,000) in hand paid, do hereby sell and
<br /> convey unto BANK OF WOOD RIVER, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, the follow-
<br /> ; ing described premises situated in Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to-�ait:

<br /> Addition to the Town of Wood River, Nall County,

<br /> �,; The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all
<br /> the rights of homestead and dower.
<br /> TO HAUE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with all the appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging, unto the mortgagee and to its successors and assigns forever,
<br /> provided always, and these presents are upon the express condition that if the
<br /> said mortgagors, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns shall pay or
<br /> ;;,� cause to be paid to the said mortgagee, its successors or assigns, the principal -
<br /> 's sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($11,000), payable as follows, to-wit:
<br /> .E'; Two Hundred Twenty-seven Dollars and One Cent ($227.01)
<br /> per month for a period of sixty (60) months with the
<br /> first payment to be made on July 10, 1976, and a like
<br /> payment on the tenth day of each month thereafter until
<br /> the entire sixty (60) payments have been paid, said
<br /> monthly payment to include principal and interest.
<br /> The unpaid balance due hereunder at all times shall
<br /> draw interest at the rate of eight and three-quarters
<br /> ° (8 3/4) percent and the final payment of Two Hundred
<br /> � Twenty-seven Dollars and One Cent ($227.01) or such
<br /> '' other amount as then may be due and owing shall be
<br /> ? payable on June 10, 1981. Each installment shall be
<br /> applied first to interest acc:rued to the date of re-
<br /> ceipt of the installment and the balance, if any,
<br /> to principal,
<br /> with interest according to the tenor and effect of the mortgagors' written Promis-
<br /> ;; sory Note bearing even date with these presents and shall pay all taxes and
<br /> assessments levied upan said real estate, and all other taxes, levies and assess-
<br /> ,;; ments levied upon this mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure,
<br /> before the same becomes delinquent, and keep the buildings on said premises in-
<br /> sured for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) loss, if any, payable to
<br /> the said mortgagee, then these presents to be void, otherwise to be and remain
<br /> � in full force.
<br /> IT IS FURTHER AGREED (1} that this mortgage is not transferable or
<br /> assignable without the written consent of the mortgagee; (2) that if the said
<br /> mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the said mortgagee
<br /> may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced, with in-
<br /> terest at highest legal rate, shall be repaid by said mortgagors, and this mortgage '
<br /> ' shall stand as security for the same; (3) that a failure to pay any of said money,
<br /> � either principal or interest, when the same becomes due, or a failure to comply
<br /> with any of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole sum of money herein
<br /> secured to become due and collectible at once at the option of the mortgagee.
