<br /> � only, to prevent nuisances, to prevent the impairm�nt of the attractive-
<br /> S '' ness of the pronerty, to maintain the des�red. tone o` the community,
<br /> and thereby secure Co each si�e owner the full Uenefit and enjoyment
<br /> of his home, with no greater restriction upon the free and undisturbed
<br /> use of his site than is necessary to insure the same advantages to the

<br /> € of the mutual benefits to be derived by T.he oumers of said subdivision
<br /> '-; and any subsequent purchaser or Purchasers, their heirs, administrators,
<br /> executors and assigns, Donald R. Deitemeyer, in his own right and for
<br /> �: himself, his heirs, adminisLrators, executors and assigns hereby stip-
<br /> ulate and agree that each of L-he lots in said subdivision shall be sc�ld,
<br /> transferred and hereafter conve;�ed only subject to tlte following cove-
<br /> nants, restrictions and conditions, each a.ld all of �,�hich shall be and
<br /> remain in full force and effect as covenants, r.estrictions and condi-
<br /> z tions running with the land, as follows:

<br /> and used as residential lots. No commer.cial or busi-
<br /> ness enterprise shall be conducted or onerated in said sub-
<br /> division.
