<br /> 1. He is an Officer of Beardmore's Suburban Chevrolet
<br /> Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, azd has authority to
<br /> execute this affidavit on behalf of such corporation.
<br /> 2. He knows that Beardmore's Suburban Chevrolet Incor-
<br /> porated, a Delaware corporation, has obtained a judgment in the
<br /> amount ot $1,974.34 in the District Cour� of Douglas County; :
<br /> Nebraska, Case-Docket 690 Number 103 against a Thomas P. Cullinane
<br /> and that such judgment has been transcribed to the District Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. °
<br /> 3. Based upon his investigation he knows that the Thomas
<br /> '.j P. Cullinane, who, together with his wife, Donna M. Cullinane,
<br /> ; is a joint owner of the following described premises in Hall
<br /> ,� County, Nebraska:

<br /> obtained a judgment in Case Docket 690, Number 103, notwithstanding
