<br /> includes principal and interest payable monthly, first payment due on
<br /> June 1, 1976, and a payment of T��ro HundredFifty-three Dollars and
<br /> Thirty-six Cents (�253.36) on the first day of each month thereafter
<br /> until the balance of the principal and interest is paid in full which
<br /> indebtedness is amortized on a ten year payment plan. Each install-
<br /> ment shall be applied first to interest accrued to date of receipt of
<br /> installment and the balance, if any, to principal. Payment of any
<br /> principal or interest owing hereunder may be paid prior to maturity
<br /> on any payment date without penalty,

<br /> Promissory Note bearing even date with these presents and shall pay all taxes and

<br /> to secure, before the same becomes delinquent, and keep the buildings on said

<br /> IT IS FURTHER AGREED (1) that this mortgage is not transferable or assign-
<br /> able without the written consent of the mortgagee; (2) that if the said inortgagor
