<br /> eus�ent to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and remove under�round electric
<br /> utility lines, poles, surface markers and any other appurtenances or fixtures connected

<br /> therewith, and Northwestern Bell Telephone Company telephone cables, in, upon, over,
<br /> within, underneath and through a tract of land located in part of the SouChwest Quarter
<br /> of the Northeast Quarter (STv¢-�NF�) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as follows:
<br /> A Sixteen (16) foot wide tract of land lying eight (B) feet on either side of
<br /> a line descri6ed asi Beginning at a point on the north line of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SFP�NF�) of said Sectioa Titirty-two (32),
<br /> said point being eight (8) feet west of the east line of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> of the Northeast Quarter (Sk�tNF�' ) of said Section Thirty-two (32); thence
<br /> running southerly along a line eight (8) feet west and parallel to the east
<br /> line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S4$CNF�) of said Section
<br /> Thirty-two (32) for a distance of five hundred twelve (512) feet; thence
<br /> deflecting 83° 30' northweaterly for a distance of four hundred seventy (470)
<br /> feet; thence deflecting 81° 07' southeasterly for a distance of one hundred
<br /> r seventy-three and five-tenths(173.5) feet; thence deflecting 98°40' south-
<br /> westerly for a distance of four hundred three and five-tenths (403.5) feet,
<br /> E said tract containing 0.57 acres more or less, as shown on the plat dated
<br /> 4/17/75, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br /> reference.
<br /> together with the following rights: Unrestricted ingress and egress through, above,
<br /> across and underneath the above described tract of land for the purpose of exercising
<br /> the rights herein granted and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush,
<br /> shrubbery and other obstructions from the surface of such tract of land.
<br /> All electric utility lines, poles, surface markers, cables, terminals and other
<br /> appurtenances placed upon, over, within, underneath and through such easevent shall
<br /> remain the property of the Grantee and may be relnoved or replaced at any time.
<br /> The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, devi.sees, executors, administrators,
<br /> and assigns hereby covenant that no structures or other obstructions sha11 be erected
<br /> or permitted on such tract of land,
