<br /> in common , entered into a certain agreement for the purchase

<br /> West of the 6th P . M, in Hall County , Nebraska , a copy of such

<br /> his wife , and Georqe 8tanek and Vio1a Stanek , being attached
<br /> hereto for reference pnrposes ;

<br /> ; title and interest that the said John Cler and Esther Cler ,
