<br /> ( 2 ) An agreement £ or sale of their interest in the descri'bed
<br /> real estate was entered into on June 29 , 1967 between the Clers and
<br /> the Muellers , the provisions of which contxact are made a part of
<br /> this agreement by reference .

<br /> of a certain part of said land to them , being one � ract of approx-
