<br /> pursuant to authority granted her by the Last Will and Testament
<br /> of Alma Keller Tully, deceased, in consideration of't_te'sum of
<br /> TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($21,500.00) received
<br /> from the Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and
<br /> confirms unto DERALD W. DESELMS, Grantee, the following described
<br /> real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5) in Charles Wasmer's
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br /> belonging unto the Grantee, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> claim and demand whatsoever of Alma Keller Tully, deceased, the

<br /> Testatrix, of, in and to the foregoing real estate.
<br /> The real estate conveyed by this Executrix's Deed is conveyed
<br /> and transferred subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions,
<br /> reservations, easements of record, visible easements and zoning
<br /> laws, rules, regulations and ordinances of the City of Grand Island,

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises conveyed unto the Grantee,
<br /> Derald W. Deselms.
<br /> Alma R. Miller, Executrix of the Estate and under the probated
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Alma Keller Tully, deceased, covenants
<br /> that the premises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance •
<br /> caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Alma
<br /> Keller Tully, deceased, and warrants that she will, as Executrix,
<br /> defend the premises against lawful claims and demands of all persons
<br /> claiming by, through and under her, as Executrix.
