• <br /> 76- 1¢014 -9 <br /> CONSERVATOR'S DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that, in pursuance of an order <br /> of the Hon. Edward Dixon, Judge of the County Court of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, made on the 26th day of September 1975, the Overland National <br /> Bank of Grand Island, as Conservator of the Conservatorship Estate of <br /> Harry Friesman was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in <br /> the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that <br /> thereupon notice was given of the time and place therein specificed to- <br /> wit: on January 3, 1976, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., at the premises, <br /> 1402 East Capital Avenue, Grand Island, in said County, and after <br /> said sale had been held open one hour, the real estate described as <br /> follows was sold: <br /> The East One-Half (Eh) of Lot Three (3) , Wilson's <br /> Subdivision of a part of Section Three (3), Township <br /> Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, <br /> at public auction to Petersen Farms, Inc., it being the highest bidder <br /> therefor, and that the sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the <br /> County Court and by him in all things confirmed and the Conservator <br /> was ordered to make a deed to said purchaser. <br /> • <br /> NOW THEREFORE, The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Con- <br /> servator of the Conservatorship Estate of Harry Friesman, in conside- <br /> ration of the premises and the sum of Twenty-one Thousand Five Hundred <br /> and no/100 Dollars (521,500.00) so bid and paid by Petersen Farms, Inc., <br /> and by virtue of the powers entrusted in the undersigned by said order <br /> and proceedings, do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the <br /> said Petersen Farms, Inc., and unto its successors and assigns, the <br /> real estate hereinabove described with all the appurtenances thereunto <br /> belonging, to have and to hold the same unto said Grantee and to its <br /> successors and assigns forever. <br /> IN IT S WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this �40.T.I- <br /> day of . 1976. <br /> TWOVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, <br /> NEBRASKA, Conservator of the Conservator- <br /> ship Estate of Harry Friesman <br /> Vice President and Trust Officer <br /> STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> (ss: <br /> • COUNTY OF HALL <br /> On this /G-a day of J lray, 1976, before me, a Notary Public <br /> within and for said County, personally appeared W.
