<br /> Merna Schweitzer, husband and wife; and Lester Schweitzer and
<br /> Jeannine Schweitzer, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors,

<br /> received from the Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell , convey
<br /> 1 and confirm unto Lester Schweitzer and Jeannine Schweitzer, hus-
<br /> i band and wife, as joint tenants, not tenants in common, the follow-

<br /> running thence East and parallel to the South

<br /> to the Grantees as joint tenants, not tenants in common, and the
<br /> said Grantors covenant with the Grantees, their heirs and assigns,

<br /> have good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and that
