<br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the / e

<br /> ANNA FAY BOWDEN and VIRGIL W. BOWDEN, TESTAMENTARY CO-TRUSTEES
<br /> UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANK BOWDEN, DECEASED, here-
<br /> in called SELLER, and NEBRASKA STATE SPORTSMEN'S ASSOCIATION, A
<br /> CORPORATION, herein called BUYER, WITNESSETH:
<br /> WHEREAS, the SELLER agrees to sell and convey to the
<br /> p BUYER, and the BUYER agrees to purchase from the SELLER, the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, situated in the County of Hall, and
<br /> State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A ,. A tract of land comprising
<br /> a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWS) of Section
<br /> Five (5) , Township Nine (9), North, Range Nine
<br /> (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the south line of said
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NWS), said point being One Hun-
<br /> dred Fifty (150.0) feet east of the southwest cor-
<br /> ner of said Northwest Quarter (NW's), also being a
<br /> point on the easterly right-of-way line of U.S.
<br /> Highway No. 281; thence easterly along the south
<br /> line of said Northwestuarter
<br /> Q (N14) , a distance
<br /> of Nine Hundred Seventy-four and Nineteen Hundredths
<br /> (974.19) feet; thence deflecting left 90°10'30"
<br /> +'• and running northerly, a distance of One Thousand
<br /> Fifty (1,050.0) feet; thence westerly parallel
<br /> to the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NWS) ,
<br /> a distance of Nine Hundred Sixty-four and Thirty-
<br /> eight Hundredths (964.38) feet, to the easterly
<br /> right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway No. 281;
<br /> thence southwesterly along said highway right-of-
<br /> way line, a distance of One Thousand Fifty and
<br /> One-tenth (1,050.1) feet to the place of begin-
<br /> ' ning, and containing 23.365 acres, more or less,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
<br /> and promises herein contained,, and the mutual agreements between
<br /> the parties, it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties
<br /> as follows:
<br /> 1. The SELLER agrees to sell and convey, and the BUYER
<br /> agrees to purchase, the above described real estate for the sum 4
<br /> of FORTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br /> L ($46,730.00) , payable as follows: The BUYER shall pay the sum
