<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br /> property in HALL. County,Nebraska: The East Half (E') of Lots One (1) and
<br /> Three (3), Block Eighteen (18) College Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island, Nebraska, together with.
<br /> an easement across the southerly Sixteen Feet (16') of the West Half (WZ) of Lot Three (3), Block
<br /> Eighteen (18), College Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which easement
<br /> c is a permanent and perpetual easement and right of way to construct, operate, maintain, extend,
<br /> repair, replace and remove utilities limited to sanitary sewer, water mains, underground telephone
<br /> lines, underground cable, TV cable lines and appurtenances thereto. Subject to a permanent and
<br /> perpetual easement and right-of-way across the Southerly 16 feet of the East Half (E' ) of Lot

<br /> easement is appurtenant to and in favor of the West half (W! ) of Lots One (1) and Three (3)
