<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to a Contract for Conditional
<br /> Sale of Real Estate dated the 4th day of March, 1976, Dorothy Frances Tollefsen
<br /> and Emil C. Tollefsen, wife and husband, each in their own right and as spouse
<br /> of the other, SELLERS, have agreed to sell to William C. Gideon and Joyce E.
<br /> Gideon, husband and wife, as tenants in common, BUYER, and the BUYER has
<br /> agreed to purchase from SELLER the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The East Half (E'r) of the Southeast Quarter (SE'a) of Section
<br /> Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br /> West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> The final payment under said Contract for Conditional Sale of Real
<br /> Estate, if not sooner paid is due and payable on the 1st day of March, 1986.
<br /> ,;.. A fully executed copy of said Contract for Conditional Sale of Real
<br /> Estate, an executed Warranty Deed from the Seller to Buyer and the Abstract of '
<br /> Title have been delivered to the First National Bank and Trust Co. of Kearney,
<br /> to be held in escrow in accordance with Paragraph VI of said Contract.
<br /> Dated this 4th day of March, 1976.
