Procure and maintain poli- <br /> 1. cies of insurance against the usual hazards of fire, hail, windstorm and other <br /> similar risks, in sums acceptable to the BENEFICIARY, with loss payable to the <br /> parties as their interest may appear. E. Make all payments of interest and <br /> • principal and other charges and fees and expenses contracted to be paid to any <br /> existing lien holder or prior beneficiary under any prior Deed of Trust, before <br /> ,i, date they are delinquent.
