ti 76- 001015 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE This..Partial Release of Mortgage made and executed this 24th day of February, 1976, by the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer wi {; of the United States of America, whose principal office and post office address is Veterans Administration, Washington, DC 20420, and his successors in such office, as such, the Mortgagee in a certain Mortgage hereinafter described does hereby certify that, the said Mortgage, which is dated the 14th day of February 1967, made and executed by Leonard Grabowski and Irene K. Grabowski, Husband and Wife, as the party of the first part, to the Administrator of Veterans Affairs as Mortgagee, as party of the second part, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 142 at Page 298 of the Mortgage Records of said office is, as to so much of the property hereafter described, to wit: The Easterly One Hundred Fifty (E 150.0') Feet of the Westerly Three Hundred (W 300.0') Feet of the Southerly One Half (S 1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), of Island Acres, being a Subdivision of part of the West Half of the Southwest quarter (W 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Eight (8), and part of fractional Lot Two (2) of Section Seven (7), all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th-P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged. This release is given on the express terms and conditions that it in no wise affects the lien of the above-mentioned mortgage on the remaining land described in said mortgage, but shall only be construed as a release from the lien of said mortgage of the land above described.
