<br />-' HERBERT A. J. KOCH, the duly appointed, qualified and acting
<br /> Executor under the probated Last Will and Testament and of the Estate

<br /> granted him by the Last Will and Testament of Olga D. Koch, deceased,

<br /> received from the Grantees, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys
<br /> t; and confirms unto DAVID J. WETHERILT and SUSAN L. WETHERILT, husband
<br /> and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> whatsoever of Olga D. Koch., deceased, the Testatrix, of, in and to

<br /> transferred subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reserva
<br /> tions, easements of record, visible easementsand zoning laws, rules,
<br /> regulations and ordinances of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises conveyed hereby unto the Grantees,
<br /> David A. Wetherilt and Susan L. Wetherilt, husband and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common.
<br /> ' Herbert A. J. Koch, Executor of the Estate and under the
<br /> probated Last Will and Testament of Olga D. Koch, deceased, covenants
<br /> -,i that the premises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance
<br /> caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Olga D.
