<br /> of-the Federal.Aviation Administration, successor in interest to the Administrator
<br /> of the Civil Aeronautics Administration and the Administrator of the Federal Avia-
<br /> tion Agency (Section 1402(c) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958), under and
<br /> Al': pursuant to the powers and authority contained in the provisions of Public Law
<br /> s 81-311 (63 Stat. 700), hereinafter called the Government, and the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska, hereinafter called the County.

<br /> t WHEREAS, by Quitclaim Deeds dated October 13, 1948, and March 9, 1970, the United
<br /> '. States of America, acting by and through the War Assets Administration, did release,
<br />`t remise and to the Cityof Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors,and
<br /> quitclaim
<br /> ti
<br /> assigns, subject to certain reservations, restrictions and conditions, all of its
<br /> 2< right, title and interest in and to lands and certain property, formerly known as
<br />,iq-;:.
<br /> the Grand Island Municipal Airport, and now known as Grand Island Air Park,.,situated
<br /> kR: in the.County of Hall, State of Nebraska, together with appurtenant buildings and:
<br /> fg • utilities located upon the premises conveyed, as described in said Quitclaim Deeds, and

<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by Quitclaim Deed dated March 31, 1970,:
<br /> l conveyed Grand Island Air Park to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and
<br /> II
<br /> 3_ WHEREAS, the County his requested that certain real property of Grand Island.:Air.
<br /> a Park, as hereinafter described, be released from the national emergency use provision
<br /> as set forth in said Quitclaim Deeds dated October 13, 1948,and March 9, 1970; and.
<br /> WHEREAS, the Government has determined that the release of the said property from
<br /> the.national emergency use provision will not adversely affect the use, operation
<br /> or maintenance of the airport and that such release is necessary to protect and
<br /> advance the interest of the United States in civil aviation;

<br /> INOW, THEREFORE, the Government, subject to the conditions and reservations herein
<br /> set forth,.hereby releases. from-the national emergency use provision of the afore
<br /> mentioned Quitclaim_Deeds dated October--13, 1948, and March 9, 1970, the following.
