<br /> real property belonging to such corporation was adopted at a meeting of such
<br /> incorporated religious association held on January 18 , 1976 , with 69 members
<br /> being present , 59 members voting for the Resolution , and 1 member voting against .
<br /> such Resolution , and 9 members abstaining from voting , such Resolution being as
<br /> follows :
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by therembers of Trinity Lutheran Church--Missouri
<br /> Synod , in Grand Island , Hall County , Nebraska , an incorporated , religious
<br /> association , having a church building and church edifice and regular
<br /> place of meeting in said City of Grand Island , Nebraska , that they hereby
<br /> ratify and approve the borrowing by the Trustees from The First National
<br /> Bank of Grand Island , Nebraska , of the sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars •

<br /> and Ray Stahla , are hereby authorized , directed , and empowered on behalf
<br /> of such incorporated religious association to make , execute , and deliver -

<br /> incorporated religious association in the principal amount of Ninety .
<br /> Thousand Dollars ( $90 , 000 . 00 ) payable in semi-annual installments over -
<br /> a period of ten ( 10) years , such installments to include interest on the
<br /> unpaid principal balance of such note at the rate of 81/2% per annum,
<br /> and for the purpose of securing such note on behalf of the corporation ,
