<br /> SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 316 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Is hereby created ' 0

<br /> SECTION 2. The boundaries of such water main district shall be as follows: .

<br /> SECTION 4. The cost of construction of such improvement shall be assessed against the property

<br /> within such district abutting upon the street wherein such water main has been so placed to the extent ,

<br /> of benefits to such property, not to exceed the laying of a six-inch water main, by reason of such

<br /> '',.• improvement, and a special tax shall be levied at one time to pay for such cost of construction as soon ' *--
<br /> -,,. as can be ascertained; and such special,tax and assessments shall constitute a sinking fund for the

<br /> payment of any warrants or bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of such water main in such district; ; •...
