<br /> • WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
<br /> WHEREAS, Thomas F. Kinman, by his Last Will and Testament
<br /> which was admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County, •
<br /> Nebraska, devised among other properties a one-half interest in
<br /> and to the real estate hereinafter described to the Continental
<br /> National Bank of Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska, in Trust, which bank
<br /> was consolidated withebFarst National Bank of Lincoln and be-
<br /> came First Continents n an`k & Trust Company of Lincoln, whose
<br /> name was changed to First National Bank & Trust Company of
<br /> Lincoln, a copy of the authorization for the change of name is
<br /> hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and made a part of this Deed 0
<br /> as though fully set forth herein;
<br /> WHEREAS, Richard E. Kinman has consented to the sale of the
<br /> real estate hereinafter described for the consideration and to _'
<br /> the grantee described herein, a copy of the consent of Richard
<br /> E. Kinman being attached hereto, marked Exhibit B and made a
<br /> part of this Deed as though fully set forth herein;
<br /> WHEREAS, on the first day of February, 1973, Bertha J.
<br /> Kinman, a single person, conveyed the other one-half interest in
<br /> and to the real estate hereinafter described to First National
<br /> Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln, Trustee, and the First National
<br /> Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln, Trustee, holds title to the
<br /> entire interest in the real estate hereinafter described;
<br /> NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that First National Bank &
<br /> •
<br /> Trust Company of Lincoln, by virtue of the power and authority
<br /> in and by the Last Will and Testament of Thomas F. Kinman and by
<br /> virtue of the power and authority granted it by Bertha J. Kinman,
<br /> in consideration of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) received.
<br /> from grantee, does by these presents quitclaim, grant, bargain, }
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto William F. Schritt all of the
<br /> following described premises situate, lying and being in the -
<br /> County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit: •
<br /> A part of the North-east Quarter of the South-east Quarter
<br /> (NE'SE4) of Section Twelve (12), in Township Eleven (11))
<br /> North, of Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth (6th) Principal
<br /> Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
<br /> at the point of intersection of the West line of the County
<br /> Road, on the East line of said land, with the North line of
<br /> the County Road, which runs Northeasterly through said land,
<br /> running thence North along said West line Twenty-four and
<br /> Two-Thirds (24 2/3) rods; thence West Twelve (12) rods;
<br /> thence South, parallel with said West line, Twenty-eight
<br /> and Two-Thirds (28 2/3) rods to said North line of said
<br /> Second mentioned County road, and thence Northeasterly along,
<br /> said North line to the place of beginning, containing two
<br /> (2) acres be the same a little more or less.
