<br /> `• KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MID-NEBRASKA MENTAL
<br /> RETARDATION SERVICES, INC., a corporation, hereinafter referred to
<br /> as Mortgagor, in consideration of the sum of Forty-Three Thousand
<br /> and No/100 Dollars ($43,000.00) in hand paid, does hereby sell and
<br /> convey unto ALFRED BADER and ELIZABETH BADER, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in
<br /> common, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagees, the following
<br /> described premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska: •
<br /> Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Two (2) in
<br /> Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all the
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees and their
<br /> may . heirs or personal representatives, forever, provided always, and
<br /> these presents are upon the express condition that if the aforesaid
<br /> rrs Mortgagor, its successors or assigns, shall pay or cause to be paid
<br /> to the said Mortgagees, their heirs or personal representatives, the
<br /> sum of Forty-Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($43,000.00) with
<br /> interest thereon,;payable all according to the tenure and effect of
<br /> a certain Promissory Note executed by Mid-Nebraska Mental Retardation
<br /> yr •
<br /> Services, Inc., a corporation, and delivered to Alfred Bader and
<br /> s�, Elizabeth Bader, husband and wife, on 1975, and shall
<br /> pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and keep
<br /> the buildings on said premises insured, then these premises to be
<br /> void, otherwise to be and remain in full force.
<br /> It is further agreed (1) That if the said Mortgagor shall fail
<br /> to- pay such taxes or
<br /> procure such insurance, the said Mortgagees:'may:
<br /> "; pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced
<br /> with interest in accordance with the said Promissory Note shall be
<br /> paid by said Mortgagor, and this Mortgage shall stand as security
<br /> for the same. (2) That a failure to pay any of said money, either
<br /> principal or interest when the same becomes due, or failure to comply
<br /> with all of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole sum of
<br /> money herein secured to become due and collectible at once at the
<br /> option of the Mortgagees.
