<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Les Belford, a/k/a
<br /> Leslie Belford, as executor of the estate of Cora Lou Martin, a/k/a
<br /> ' Cora Louise Martin,,deceased, and pursuant to authority; granted him
<br /> by the last will and testament of Cora Lou Martin, a/k/a Cora Louise
<br /> r Martin, dated September 12, 1972, in consideration of Sixty
<br /> Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) in hand paid to him by the grantee,
<br /> hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto Jacqueline J. Burns, A
<br /> the following described premises, situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lots One (1) and the East Thirty Six (36)
<br /> Feet of Lot Two (2), Block Four (4), Ashton
<br /> Place,_,addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> _ Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testatrix of, in and to the same,
<br /> or any part thereof.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises unto
<br /> the said Jacqueline J. Burns, and to her assigns, and the grantor
<br /> hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any lien
<br /> or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the
<br /> estate of Cora Lou Martin, a/k/a Com.Louise Martin, deceased, and
<br /> does hereby warrant that he will defend the said premises against
<br /> lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or
<br /> under it.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Les Belford, a/k/a Leslie Belford, as
<br /> the executor of the estate of Cora Lou Martin, a/k/a Cora Louise
<br /> Martin, has caused these presents to be executed this 26 day
<br /> of January, 1976.
