<br /> are lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance,
<br /> except such as appear of record, that Grantors have good right and lawful
<br /> authorityto convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the
<br /> title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that this Deed is subject to all the terms,
<br /> provisions, covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in the official
<br /> Grand Island Neighborhood Development Plan, Project No. Nebraska A-2, which

<br /> terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in a
<br /> certain Agreement, entitled "Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevel
<br /> opment” executed by the Grantors and Grantee herein, dated January 18 ,
<br /> ,, 1976, which is on file in the Office of the Community Development Agency,
<br /> } Grand Island, Nebraska, and which is recorded in the Office of the
<br /> Registrar of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
