<br /> WHEREAS, in furtherance of the objectives established pursuant to Sections
<br /> z' 18-2101 through 18-2146, RRS 1943, of the State of Nebrosko, hereinafter called
<br /> '� "Community Development Law", the Seller has undertaken a program for the
<br /> , clearance and reconstruction or rehabilitation or slum and blighted areas in the
<br /> c' City, and in this connection is engaged in carrying out an urban renewal project.
<br /> known as the Grand Island Neighborhood Development Program, Nebraska A-2, for
<br /> which the Urban Renewal Plan, dated July, 1972 and opproved by the Urban
<br /> Renewal Authority on September 19, 1972 by Resolution, is recorded in the Office
<br /> of the Registrar of Deeds of Holl County, Nebraska, in Book No. 27 of
<br />'ll Miscellaneous Records at Page 161-179 and v hereos the Seller has offered to sell
<br /> and the Purchoser is "-willing to Fiurcnase certain real property located in the project
<br />(" area and, more particularly described as:

<br /> SECTION IL CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY.
<br /> A. Form of Deed_ The Seller shall convey to the Purci:user title to l'ne
<br /> Property by Warranty Deeds, hereinafter called, collectively, "Deed". The c_an-
<br /> veyance and ;ilio ;roll, in addition to the provisions of Section XV. C. 3. of
<br /> this Agreement and all other conditions, covenants, and restrictions set forth or
<br /> referred to elsewhere in this Agreement, be subject to:
<br /> 1 The Urban Renewal Plan.
<br /> 2. Easements and restrictions of record and/or exceptions as
<br /> follows: -
