<br /> such City shah be furnished to the tracts of land and streets and highways herein annexed , and eater service
<br /> will be available as provided by lax.
<br /> SECTION 6 . If any section , subsection , sentence , clause , or phrase of this ordinance or the annexation
<br /> of any tract of fend , street , or highway by this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or
<br /> invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the re=aining portions of this ordinance , nor affect
<br /> the validity of the annexation of other tracts of land , streets , or highways by this ordinance , since it is
<br /> the express intent of the Mayor and City Council to enact each section , subsection , clause , or phrase sep-
<br /> arately and to annex each tract of lend separately.
