• <br /> A- 0002. <br /> SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> RICK'S SUBDIVISION <br /> Irvin C. Dick, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land <br /> Comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of Section Twenty-four (24), Town- <br /> ship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and more particularly described as follows: <br />[ Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of the Union <br /> Pacific Railroad Company, said point being one thousand eighty-two <br /> and fifteen hundredths (1082.15) feet southwesterly along said right- <br /> t of-way line from its intersection with the north/south one=half section <br /> line through said Section 24, said point of intersection being located <br /> one thousand one hundred sixty-five and four-tenths (1,165.4) feet, more <br /> or less, south of the center of said Section 24; thence continuing south- <br /> westerly along said right-of-way line a distance of four hundred twenty <br /> and seven-tenths (424,7) feet to the southeast corner of Reuting's Second <br /> Subdivision; thence running northerly along the east line of said Sub- <br /> division, and its prolongation a distance of one thousand one hundred <br /> fifteen and four-tenths (1,115.4) feet; thence running easterly a distance <br /> of three hundred seventy-five (375) feet to the northwest corner of <br /> , Reuting's First Subdivision; thence running southerly along the west <br /> line of Reuting's First Subdivision a distance of nine hundred two and <br /> t four-tenths (902.4) feet to the point of beginning, and containing 8.59 <br /> acres, more or less, <br /> desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside <br /> the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of Grand Island, and hereby sub- <br />_ <br /> x <br /> mits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate <br /> 3, <br /> map and plat of such proposed subdivision known as Bick's Subdivision, designating <br /> c:.l <br /> explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots in such sub- <br /> division, with the lots designated by numbers, and proposes to cause the plat of such <br /> subdivision, when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City <br /> Council, to be acknowledged by such owner,certifi.ed as to accuracy of survey by a <br /> registered land surveyor. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of Bick's <br /> Subdivision, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island., <br /> Nebraska, that he will install at his expense the following improvements: <br /> 1. Water and Sanitary Sewer. Since public water and sanitary sewer service are <br /> not available to the proposed subdivision, individual water wells and septic systems <br /> to serve the individual lots in the proposed subdivision shall be provided. <br /> 2. Drainage.
