<br /> WHEREAS , the undersigned , being all of the owners of
<br />,f4 said lots now , desire to modify said . Protective Covenants , Restric -
<br /> tions . . and Conditions ,

<br /> NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration whereof and in considera
<br /> tion of the mutual benefits to be derived by the undersigned owners
<br /> o f such lots and any subsequent purchaser or purchasers , their
<br /> heirs , administrators , executors and assigns , the undersigned own -
<br /> e rs hereby stipulate and agree that the aforesaid Agreement for
<br /> Protective Covenants , Restrictions and Conditions shall be modified
<br /> •
<br /> in the following particulars , to - wit : -
<br /> la 1 . That paragraph 2 of said Agreement as recorded at
<br /> Book 27 , Page 265 of Miscellaneous Records on file in the Office
<br /> o f the Register of Deeds of Hail County , Nebraska , be deleted and
<br /> that a new paragraph 2 be inserted in lieu of said provision as
<br /> follows : The minimum dimensions for all mobile homes placed on
<br /> the above referred lots shall be twelve feet ( 12 ' ) in width by
<br /> r fifty feet ( 50 ' ) in length .

<br /> > 2 . That the original Protective Covenants , Restrictions
<br /> - and Conditions for certain lots located in Blain Addition , an Addi -
<br /> tion to Grand Island , Hall . County , Nebraska , as recorded at Book
