<br /> WITNESSETH:That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of

<br /> It is agreed that all irrigation pumps, electric motors, engines, pipes,
<br /> sprinklers and all other irrigation equipment connected therewith now or
<br /> r,a hereafter placed or installed on said premises together with all water
<br /> and watering rights of every kind and description Shs11 be construed as
<br /> affixed to and a part of the real estate hereinabove described and subject
<br /> to all of the provisions of this. Mortgage.
<br /> The Note secured by this Mortgage is further secured by a Financing Statement and
<br /> Security Agreement of even date herewith covering personal property as described
<br /> in said Financing Statement and Security Agreement clad also further secured by a
<br /> Financing Statement and Security Agreement'dated April 25, 1973, filed May 23, 1973
<br /> at No. 7121 and recorded May 23, 1973, in Bk. 6, Pg. 563.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise apper-
<br /> taining,including any right of homestead and every contingent right or estate therein, unto the said party of the
<br /> second part,and its assigns forever;the intention being to convey an absolute title in fee to the said premises.
<br /> And the said party of the first part hereby covenants that they are lawfully seized of the said premises and
<br /> have good right to convey the same;that the said premises arc free and clear of all incumbrances; and that
<br /> they will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That if the said party of the first part shall pay,or cause to be paid,to the
