<br /> 1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of' Nebraska, and is now
<br /> Vice-President of the firm of Benjamin $ Associates, Inc., Engineers and
<br /> Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> P,, 2. Affiant further states that on August 8, 1972, he completed a survey of-Webb
<br /> Road Subdivision, in t}ne City of Grand Island., Nebraska, and that the original
<br /> plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds office in
<br /> the Hall. County Court House at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> 3. Affiant further states that he has this date, re-examined said plat of Webb
<br /> _ . Road. Subdivision and has discovered some errors affecting lets Three (3)
<br /> and Four (4) on Sheet 1 of 2 on the original plat, and in the last thirteen
<br /> (13) lines ander the heading "Legal Description" on Sheet 2 of 2 on the
<br /> t original plat.
<br /> 4. Affiant further states that he is submitting with this affidavit, a revised
<br /> s,., linen tracing which delineates the changes in parts of Lots Three (3) and
<br /> Four (4) , and which tracing is intended to superced Sheet. 1 of 2 as originally
<br /> filed.
<br /> 5. Affiant further states that the last thirteen (13) lines in the "Legal
<br /> Description" on Sheet 2 of 2 as originally filed are nu land void and
<br /> shall be replaced with the following:
<br /> Distance of One Thousand Pour Hundred. and Seven 'tenths (1.,400.7) feet;
<br /> thence deflecting right and running westerly along a line Eighty (80.0)
<br /> feet south of and parallel to the south line of the Northwest Quarter of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (NW'a SW'a) , a distance of Pifteen and flighty Seven
<br /> x Hundredths (15.87) feet; thence southerly parallel to the west line of
<br /> said Lot 'Ileo (2), Section Eighteen (18) , a distance of One Thousand 1Wo
<br /> Hundred Forty the and Seven Tenths (1,241.7) feet, to the south line of
<br /> said Section Seventeen (17); thence westerly along the south line of ..
<br /> said Section Seventeen (17) and the south line of said Lot Two (2) , a
<br /> distance of One Thousand Sixty Five (1,065.0) feet to the place of
