<br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4SW4) , Section Nineteen
<br /> C (19) , Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) , and the North
<br /> Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW4) , Section Thirty (30) ,
<br /> Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) , except that part of
<br /> land containing 1 .25 acres conveyed to the County of Hall ,
<br /> State of Nebraska, by Deed recorded October 29, 1958, in
<br /> Book 125 at Page 551 of the Deed Records of Hall County,

<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br /> of the survivor of them forever.
