' Said improvement shall be made in accozdance with plans and specificutions <br /> ° prepared, 'by �he Engineer fot ' the City who shall estimate the cost thereof , and submit the <br /> same Lo the city council , and upon approval of the same , bids for the construction of such <br /> water main shall be taken and contracts entered into in the manner provided by law , <br /> SECTION 4 . The cost of constzuction of such improvement shalY be assessed against the <br /> . � <br />� properEy within such district abutting ugon Che street wherein such water main has been so <br /> _placed to the extent of benefits eo such property , noc to exceed the laying o£ a s3x- inch , <br /> ' water ma3n for the property zoned residential , and not to exceed the laying of an eight - inch <br /> water main for property zoned oeher than residential , by reason of such improvement , and a <br /> special tax shall be levied at one time to puy for such cost of construction as soon as can <br /> be asecrtain ; and such special tax and assessmenCs shall constieute a sinking fund fo; the <br /> � payment of any warrants or bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of such water main in <br /> ; . <br /> such districe ; and such special acsessments shall be paid and colleeted either in a fund to <br /> be designated 1nd known as Che Sewcr and F7ater Extension Fund for Watcr Main District No . <br /> 332 , or thc Water Surplus Fund . <br /> SECTI0:1 5 .
