<br /> AND WHEREAS, Medbery is the owner of the

<br /> of Lot One (1) , Block Eighty-Five (85) , Wheeler
<br /> and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebrasha,
<br /> AND WHEREAS, a joint garage exists on the two properties and the
<br /> parties desire to enter into an agreement for the maintenance of the
<br /> garage and the joint rnaintenance of the party wa11 therein.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of one dollar and other mutual
<br /> � promises hereinafter covered, the parties agree as follows:
<br /> 1. Spiehs and Medbery each agree to maintai.n that �ortion of the
<br /> joint garage lacated on their separate premises in a good condition.
<br /> Each party shall bear the expense of maintenance of his side o£ the
<br /> garage and the parties agree that all maintenance, painting, and other
<br /> repair shall be of a uni.form type of construction, color azd design.
<br /> 2_ The parties agree that a party wall exists in the center of the
<br /> garage. The parties jointly agree to maintain the par�y wall and all
<br /> expense of the maintenance thereof shall be borne equally by both parties.
<br /> 3. Each party shall be responsible for maintenance of his drdveway
<br /> to the joint garage.
<br /> 4_ This agreement sha11 be ing upon the parties hereto, their
