<br /> Grantors, in consideration of THR[E; THOUSAND DOLLARS ($ 3,000) received from
<br /> Grantee, do gra�t, bargain, sell , convey and confirm unto Marcella M. Greenwood,

<br /> (SZNW4), Section Twenty-eight {28), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br /> Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows: Commencing on the West line
<br /> of the SoutF� Half of the Northwest Quarter (SZNWQ), Section Twenty-
<br /> eight {28), a�a��e described, at a point Three Hundred Eiy5lty (380)
<br /> Feet North of the Southwest corner of the South Half of the North-
<br /> west Quarter (SZNW4), Section Twenty-eight (28), above described,
<br /> being the place of beginning, and thence proceeding North on said
<br /> LJest line a distance of One Hundred Ninety-three (193) Feet, thence
<br /> at a right angle in an Easterly direction paralle7 to the South
<br /> line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SZNW4), above des-
<br /> cri6ed, a distance of Two Hundred fifty-five (255) Feet, thence at

<br /> tance of Twe Hunclred Fifty-five (255) Feet to the point of beginning, ' '

<br /> is situated a house and garage, reserving, however, to the 6rantors
<br /> a roadway easement as the same now exists, commencing on the West
<br /> line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SZNW;), above des-
<br /> cribed, at a point approximately Twenty (20) Feet North of the
<br /> point of beginning of the tract above conveyed> said roadway ease-
<br /> ment running in an Easterly and thence Northerly direction as the
<br /> same now exists, to the storage bins , buildings and cattle chutes
<br /> located on the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S'2NW;), Section
<br /> ? Twenty-eight (28), above described, said easement to be for the pur-
<br /> pose of egress and ingress to the above improvements and to be
<br /> sufficiently wide to permit the same to be used for farm equipment

<br /> 7 The Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee that Grantors are lawfully
<br /> seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that Grantors have
<br /> good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant
<br /> and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br /> persons whomsoever. �
