<br /> of said lake south of and not deeded to said corporation
<br /> by Herbert F . Mayer , Jr . and Katharine S . Mayer sha11
<br /> not be subject to any restrictions , regulations or
<br /> ; assessments by the lake front lot owners of Brentwood
<br /> , Subdivision , and the Board of Directors of Brentwood
<br /> Lake , Inc . The owners of any property fronting on
<br /> " Brentwood Lake " , other tt�an lot owners in Brenfiwood
