<br /> The Morbgagors agree to purchase and maintain £ire and extended insurance
<br /> coverage on the real estate in the aaaunt oP at least Twelve Thousand and Noj1C�Oths
<br /> Dollars ($12,000.00). Said insurance shall name the Mortga�ee as the loas payee.
<br /> Mortgagors shall furn.ish to Mortgagee a certi.ficate evidencing the fac�t that
<br /> such insarance has been procured and that it is in fu11 force and effect and
<br /> further -that the same cannot be terminated without reasonable notice to the
<br /> Mortgagee. This certificate sha11 be obtain�d pr3.or to September 22, 1977•
<br /> � It is Yurther agreed that (1) I£ the Said NFortgagors shal.l fail to pay
<br /> _., such taxes and procnre such insurance, the said Mortga�ee may pay snch taxes
<br /> and procure such insurance; and the se�m so advanced with interest in accordance
